I was talking with someone this weekend about “energy” in a very hippie new age kind of way. Although those aren’t two words I would use to discribe myself…it was interesting. I think I am in a situation today where the situation has sapped all my “energy” and I need to find a better way to work things. Its not about physical energy like hey I had caffiene, I’m hyper now. Its more like a combination of emotional, physical and mental energy and sometimes when things are stressed or not going well, your energy is sapped even though you didn’t do anything strenuous. I guess I should look this stuff up because I’m not familiar with it but it seems to be logical and make sense.
