Surgery September 27, 2006

Not long ago my aunt Joyce had hip replacement surgery. She was about that age in her mid-60’s where hip replacement surgery becomes somewhat common. We all saw that she had a hard time getting around but were worried about such a serious surgery and the risks associated with it. We just saw her last weekend at a family gathering and its been about 3 months or so since the surgery. She is doing much better and the new hip is better than the old one. She is glad she had the surgery because she feels better and also glad her retirement pension health insurance covered it. We’re just glad it all worked out ok and that she is feeling better and able to get around more easily.
